Lifetime warranty conditions* :
- Normal domestic use: The warranty applies only to domestic use.
- Adherence to care instructions: It is essential to follow the care and storage instructions provided with your plancha.
- Exclusion of accidental damage: Shocks or accidents are not covered by the warranty.
- Normal wear and tear: The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear.
* Lifetime warranty of the ENO enamel plate excluding the other components which are covered by the contractual guarantee and used under conditions of normal domestic use, in compliance with the instructions and maintenance advice contained in the leaflet supplied with the product. The ENO lifetime warranty is limited to enamelled cast iron plates and does not cover second choice products or damage to the plates caused by shocks or accidents. A proof of purchase will be requested for the application of the guarantee. The warranty is only applicable upon presentation of the defective enamel plate to our premises, the cost of transporting the plate being borne by the consumer.
