Roasted pineapple with crumble
Servings : 4

Cook time : 8 minutes
Ingredients :
- 1 tin of pineapple in syrup
- 1 teaspoon of grated ginger
- 20g of dark chocolate
- 40g of hazelnuts
- 30g of butter
- 4 shortbread biscuits
- 2 teaspoons of soft brown sugar
- Fresh mint
Preparation
- Pour the pineapple syrup into a pan placed on the griddle. Add the ginger and reduce for 3 minutes.
- Crush together the hazelnuts, the chocolate, the biscuits and the sugar.
- Rub this in with the butter to obtain a crumbly mixture.
- Put the sliced pineapple into the pan to soak up some syrup then griddle each side for 2 minutes, basting with the remaining syrup.
- Next to this, add the crumble mixture onto the griddle and cook for 1 minute turning over with a spatula.
- Serve on a plate with a few mint leaves.
